At Joona, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policies below for exchanges, returns, and cancellations.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is in its original packaging
- Product seal is intact
- Packaging has not been opened or tampered with
Note: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange unless you received the wrong product.
How to Request an Exchange?
- Please email us at bejoona9@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to be exchanged, and reason for exchange.
- Please send the product to us in its original condition at SD 288, Street 11, Falcon Complex Gulberg 3 Lahore, Pakistan.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
- You will need to cover shipping charges for sending and receiving the exchanged item.
Returns Policy
We offer a return for store credit (coupon) if:
- The product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- The item is unopened and unused
- Proof of purchase (order number) is included
How to Return an Item?
- Take clear photos of the damaged or faulty item(s).
- Email bejoona9@gmail.com with the photos, your order number, and the reason for return.
- Send the item back to SD 288, Street 11, Falcon Complex Gulberg 3 Lahore, Pakistan.
- Once approved, we’ll issue a credit voucher equal to the item’s value.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days.
